I've spent over 30 years working in and around leadership.
I've been a leader. I've worked for great leaders and not-so-great leaders. I've seen organizations thrive and I've seen them struggle.
I've lived through mergers, reorganizations, new strategies, new management teams, and the uncertainty that comes with change.
Those experiences taught me that leadership isn't about having all the answers.
It's about judgment.
It's about presence.
It's about navigating complexity, making decisions with imperfect information, and helping other people move forward even when the path isn't completely clear.
Today I work as an Executive Coach, Leadership Advisor, and Facilitator, helping leaders and organizations do exactly that.
My approach is practical, grounded, and informed by real business experience. But I'm also deeply curious about the research and ideas that help explain why leaders succeed, why organizations struggle, and how people grow and change.
I sit comfortably at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, education, and strategy because leadership development rarely fits neatly into a single box.
