Christine Alvarez is an executive coach, group and team coach, and facilitator, and Co-Founder of Your Next Next™, a leadership development practice focused on helping senior professionals grow, lead, and navigate transition.
She brings extensive experience designing and leading group coaching, team coaching, and facilitated leadership workshops, working with leaders at moments of increased scope, change, or uncertainty. Christine’s approach is dialogic and inquiry-based—creating space for reflection, surfacing assumptions, and strengthening how leaders think, decide, and work together, rather than defaulting to prescriptive solutions.
Her coaching is grounded in rigorous training, including certification from Columbia University’s Executive Coaching Program, and informed by contemporary coaching research and practice.
Christine also brings over 30 years of corporate experience across advertising, corporate marketing, and media, having led product lines, managed P&Ls, and built high-performing teams. This background gives her a pragmatic understanding of organizational dynamics and the real pressures leaders face inside complex systems.
